Relive a day at SIAL with us!
We had the privilege of participating in the 60th edition of SIAL Paris, an unmissable event for the global food industry. A true crossroads for food innovation, this year’s exhibition brought together over 7,500 exhibitors from 130 countries and welcomed 285,000 visitors eager to discover the major trends shaping the future of food.
The theme of this edition, “Own the Change,” resonated as a call to action: to embrace change and collectively build a sustainable and innovative food future. This strong ambition was palpable throughout the event, influencing the meetings, exchanges, and discoveries. For the occasion, we wanted to make a statement—both through our stand and the products we showcased.
At our stand, we recreated the warm atmosphere of a pop-up restaurant, featuring four highlights throughout the day. We started with a breakfast spotlighting our Massip, followed by a flavorful aperitif featuring our flatbread, focaccia, and freshly baked rolls. At lunchtime, our buns and pizza dough delighted visitors, while our sandwich breads provided a tasty gourmet break at the end of the day. Of course, throughout the day, visitors had the chance to sample our premium breads and delicious snacking range.
We also took the opportunity to unveil our latest innovations:
🥓 Our new breakfast range, featuring the Egg & Bacon Muffin, for which we won a SIAL Innovation Award, as well as its veggie version.
🐷Our Fozza La Vie™, a delicious creation in collaboration with the La Vie™ brand, which joined us at the stand for three days of rich and flavorful exchanges—because now, we’re as close as peas in a pod!
