SIRHA Lyon 2025: curtain rises on our participation!


For five days, Lyon became the world capital of food and culinary innovation. SIRHA is THE must-attend event for professionals in the restaurant and gastronomy industry, and we are proud to have been part of this 22nd edition!

Some key figures from SIRHA 2025:
😮 2,300 exhibitors and 4,700 brands from 40 countries
🤤 Over 250,000 visitors (That’s like filling three Stade de France stadiums—can you believe it?!)
💡 Tons of ideas and innovations in the food industry

At NOVEPAN, we like to go big. So, for this edition, we transformed our booth into a warm and inviting gourmet space—or rather, a vibrant pop-up restaurant!

Here’s a little taste of our daily menu:
🥐 Breakfast: What better way to start the day than with a good coffee paired with brioche and Massip spreads, delicious small breads with gourmet inclusions, and our brand-new Breakfast range?
🍷 Aperitif: Visitors got to taste our olive baguette, small bread rolls baked as mini sandwiches, our flatbread, and focaccia in toast form. Spoiler alert: they loved it!
🥪 Lunch: The stars of the show? Our sandwich breads, served as club sandwiches or in vegetarian recipes. A perfect combo for a delicious and convenient lunch break.
🍔 American-style snack time: Our blue cheese burger and pulled pork burger were there to satisfy every little craving… We couldn’t let anyone leave our booth without trying everything!

Once again this year, we didn’t come to SIRHA empty-handed! We shared our passion, our products, and—most importantly—our latest innovations, which were a real hit. In fact, we won the Sandwich Base category award in the Pépites de la Boulangerie competition thanks to our Rosypan and Ebène de Lubrano colorful sandwich breads!

In short, SIRHA is all about great encounters. The 2025 edition will remain etched in our hearts (and our stomachs). A huge THANK YOU to everyone who made this incredible adventure possible:
