The Trophy returns to Novepan in 2023

After winning the Trophée des Pépites de la Boulangerie last year in the "bread-making" category thanks to Lubrano's "L'Atypique" baguette, Novepan just keeps on going!

Indeed, for this 4th edition, we once again find a product from Lubrano at the top of the podium for bakery products, with a new product that's as original as it is delicious: the spirulina bread! We look forward to seeing you at Sirha Europain from 21 to 24 January 2024 to celebrate this success at the awards ceremony.

Spirulina bread

Launched in 2023, this bread, with its colourful crumb dotted with pieces of fruit and visible hazelnuts, combines different ingredients with complementary taste profiles to create an explosion of flavours in the mouth: cranberries, figs, raisins, hazelnuts and spirulina. Spirulina is a natural superfood rich in protein and antioxidants, and a source of iron. It has a high nutritional value and is sourced locally.
